Franklin Bass is CEO and Managing Partner of Pole Position. Franklin melded his love of flying airplanes into a successful professional career as an aviation attorney, representing airlines, aircraft manufacturers, airports and component part suppliers. Franklin loves the exhilarating lifestyle of race cars and spends countless days enjoying his Porsche 991.2 GT3RS at tracks like Sebring, Daytona, PBIR and Homestead-Miami on a regular basis. He is the Regional Track Chair of The Ferrari Club of America; and Pole Position recently ran the FCA National Annual four day event at Sebring. Franklin currently owns a Harley Davidson Road Glide Special. Over the years, he has made numerous cross-country and regional trips on his bikes covering 46 of the 48 states in North America, as well as Canada.

Jordan coccia

Jordan Coccia is President of PPTE and his job #1 is also being PPTE’s Safety Director. Jordan is an exotic car aficionado, and seasoned track day operator. He’s been in the high-end automobile business for nearly 10 years and not only has a passion for racing but truly understands the mechanics and set up of track cars and motorcycles. Jordan is just as fast lapping his BMW M4 as he is dragging a knee while riding his Yamaha YZF-R1!

Matt Tobler

Matt Tobler is our Technical Officer. Matt has been in the automotive service industry for over 16 years, starting in bodywork while he lived in Connecticut until 2006. After moving to Florida, he changed direction and moved to automotive repair and in 2007 he went to school at UTI in Orlando. After graduating in 2009, he worked at various shops in SWFL, until deciding to specialize in exotic and track cars for the past 6 years. He has a passion for motorcycles, logging over 30,000 miles on a Suzuki Gsxr – 1000 in just a few years. He does own a Mustang Gt that has seen some track time all around Florida. He enjoys all forms of auto racing and will go out of his way to learn all the ins and outs of each series that he enjoys.
